F82 M4 door lock actuator plastic locking rod

Morning fellow M4 owners
I have had to replace the driver's door actuator as it failed.

When I removed the actuator, a yellow rod fell out. (See pics)

I have googled the schematics, and can not for the life of me find what it's called.
Every youtube video does not even mention it.

Reason for the question, was I swapped the good one from my 435i and put into my f82 m4.
BOTH cars have the same yellow rod, downside is I dropped the rod on my 435i and it is now stuck in between the panel of the door and I can not retrieve it.

Please help with what it's called.

Ps. It's located between 14 and 16 and is not 8 as that is metal.

Thanks
