Ground Control camber plates

Looking for tips on how to move my gc camber plates. Got them installed a year ago and prepping for some track days this weekend. I seem unable to move the plates. I had them set after installation at -2.5 and after track days back to stock. Now, I cannot figure out how to get them back to -2.5 or close. I loosened the 4 bolts as instructed, jacked up the front, but can’t move them. If I kick my tire on the top, I notice movement, but can’t move hold them in place. Any suggestions? Maybe I do something wrong, but don’t know what. Thanks anyone!

Are both front wheels off the ground at the same time?

Yes, in the mean time. Have been experimenting and finally figured it out. Or at least got them done. It seems that leaving the tires just touching the ground works. Also, I took two of the bolts out to reduce friction. Needed to place them in different position to reach max negative camber.
So far so good.

Give GC a call! They’re extremely helpful

Yes,I did call them and that helped me getting it figured out. Thanks for the support here! Looks like I got about -3.2 camberin there. Curious on changes on grip and shoulder wear. Will be on the track this weekend.

I just lowered my M4 on Eibachs and did the alignment after 2 weeks and some more milage. The rear camber and toe are 200% correct. Same with front toe, perfect. But front camber is like -1 and -2. Seems like on their own they are at the limit of tolerance of 0,5 from 1,5. But the difference between them is more than the tolerance of 0,5. I hope you know what I mean. What could be the reason? Should I get the camber plates or just ignore this?

Do you have the GC camber plates installed?

Got mine installed today. Quick question, is the existing “dust boot” able to be put back in? They are saying it does not clip back in. Thx

If you don't intend to use your car on track, there is no point in getting camber plates.

The F80 seems to have uneven negative front camber from the factory that cannot be corrected without plates. Adjustable camber plates help solve this and they also make the car feel even more planted in the corners

Question, am I missing chassis bolts after the install? I had one fall out while auto crossing, but both sides are missing.

Yes, there is supposed to be a bolt there.
