Seeing the driver of the M3 just shows proper driving position when driving a car hard. Both arms are relaxed with elbows almost 90 degrees. He is low in the seat and close to the steering wheel.
Most newbies drive way too far from the wheel with arms more extended. |

Love a good Ring video, but the 911 was skipping off into the distance in the back half of the course, driven at 9/10ths. Traffic was the only reason the M3 was able to keep it in the shot.

Good video but that GT3RS though. If there wasn't any traffic and it was one on one race, we wouldn't of seen the GT3RS the whole video.

Excellent suspension on the M, much better than stock. I love it...
You can see the extra traction of the RS coming out of the corners, but nonetheless I was impressed with the M. Does it have some power mods as well I wonder?

Over a year ago Team Schirmer put on a good lap for Boosted Boris aka Mischa@Apex. They had a pretty good challenge from another Porsche. Then afterwards the pair went out again to show the Porsche the proper "line" around the 'Ring. I think that's pretty cool when you don't let your emotions get the better of you while on the track. Btw... this very same e92 M3 is now part of the Apex rental fleet!
This e92M3 paint/decal scheme was the inspiration for Apex's F80M4 'Ring Taxi. Dackel

I'vw always felt this chassis was the least capable for the amount of power being put down at the rear.

I am not trying to dis you in anyway, i totally get and support your point, but do not throw a standard 3 series in the mix of 500+hp monsters. |

If you’re referring to the F32 then you’re right.

I was lucky enough to go out on a taxi lap a few days ago in this very same Schirmer F80, and I have to say, it is a total beast compared to when I’m driving the same car at a snails speed lol.
I highly doubt Moran was pushing it his limits, where as the GT3 seemed a bit on the aggressive side. |
