1/4 mile f80 ZCP Jb4 Mid 11's 126MPH trap speed

Took the 2018 F80 ZCP M3 to the track over the weekend for the first time. Trying to adjust to launch control. I was pleasantly surprised by how strong the runs were -- even with poor launches and lots of wheel spin.

Multiple runs. Average ET was 11.6. Here are some highlights:

Map0: 11.9 @ 119MPH
Map2: 11.5 @ 125 MPH
Map7: 11.7 @ 126MPH

environment: Sea level, 80F and sunny
Mods: K&N Air filters, JB4, 295/30 20 RE71R
Fuel: mixed (70%) 100 oct with 93 (30%)

Here's the vid of the 126MPH run:

I didn't try E85 but I will next time.... If I can get some street drags and hook up, I can probably hit low 11's.

Rear tire size is hurting your 60' times bad. The WR for a bone stock F80/F82 is 11.6 with race fuel:

What wrong with his tire size ? What size would help in a drag race situation ?

I need street drags for very good 60' time. Also launch control RPM was too high. I wasn't able to bring the rpm down and just spun.

Honestly, I'm not worried about ET as much as the trap speed. Trap speed is a better indicator of WHP.

That's an upper 10 second car with a 1.6 foot on slicks/DRs and some fall air. I wouldn't bolt drag tires up though. The half-shafts aren't cheap in these cars and you run the real risk of snapping one once diving below a 1.8 60 foot.
