13% off MSRP before BMW rebate and incentive for a standard 2020 M4? If so that is pretty good IMO. Is that more because of 6MT?

Yep 13% off MSRP before rebates and incentives. I'm not sure honestly as I just asked for it and it apparently wasn't an issue, plus my build is pretty rare especially for a last year M4 (6MT, non-ZCP, moonroof, etc).

To be honest, if you're building the car, they have to give you the best price on it cause they'll have a hard time selling that car if you back out of it..
Most people want the comp pack and carbon fiber roof..

Yep that's how I saw it as well, plus it's the final year for F82 M4 so I'm sure plenty of people are waiting for G80/G82 at this point!

Not so sure about that. Have you seen the renders with that "grill"?

That is the exact reason why I'm buying the F82! I honestly cannot stand the G80 grill

It's not a good deal. The base MF is 0.00145. You should ask the dealer what MF they are using.

I crunched in the #'s using .00145 as the MF, your payments pre-taxed should be $675 using your #'s above, or $722 assuming your sales tax is 7%. They are definitely not giving you the lowest MF and it looks to be in the neighborhood of .00205

With that being said, aim for 12% off MSRP to see if they bite, it'll bring your pre-taxed payment to $626 assuming they also give you the base MF. I'm not sure if your monthly payment you quoted above is with or with tax, or what state your sales tax is. We will need that information to determine if it's a good deal or not.

Ask them for the MF they used, it only takes a 675 FICO 8 Auto score on Experian to get BMW's top-tier rates.

Awesome! Thank you!

Yes, I forgot to put the tax which is in my Washington are is 8.6%. I assume the tax is included in the payment. There is only one value (no mention of tax). Is that standard when quoting monthly payment? The tax of $2,706 is included on the paper.

Also if you use multiple security deposits it will even drop your MF rate and decrease your monthly payments even more. Look up leasehackr.com to calculate your payment

Wow... I should have read this topic before going shopping. Bought a 2020 M4 Cab with Exec & Comp packages (and a few sundry things), got ~7% off and thought I'd made a great deal. It looks like a left a fair amount of money on the table...

I'll do better next time...right? ;-)

So is .00145 the current base rate for top tier credit?

Thanks. Just to make sure I am not going crazy here, my mother has been offered the attached deal for a 2020 330i lease. All inception fees will be paid at signing. When I plug in these figures to a lease calculator using 0.00145 MF I get a monthly rate of about $287 including 7% sales tax.

Am I doing that correctly? The monthly amount being quoted is significantly higher than $287 so I want to be sure my math is correct before going back with a wtf.

They are probably including the incentives on the "savings" section. Loyalty is $2000, lease cash is $1000 so I'm guessing they are giving you $7541 dealer discount.

With those numbers you should be at $309 for 36 months plus your tag, registration and local sales tax. Also the $3000 incentive is taxed in most states so there will be another ~200 tax there.

Thanks but I am not exactly following. Understanding the incentives are included in the "savings section", how would that impact the net sales price and increase the monthly payments?

The net sales price they are using is dealer discount minus incentives. Just ask them to send you a detailed lease worksheet with all the details. It's difficult to understand from this screenshot.

Also the dealer/state fee looks extremely high in this quote.
