Thanks for the contact. I'm on the East Coast but pretty flexible to drive/pickup for the right deal. A few dealers are at 19% but seem to be holding inventory now vs trying to unload. Can't blame them...

I'm at $760/month (7% tax included) over 24 months with $1K out of pocket on a $107K MSRP. Seems with the improved lease rates on the 2020's, similar payment deals shouldn't be that difficult to negotiate |

Long time lurker, first time poster here. I am seriously considering getting into an M4cs after seeing these insane deals on such an amazing car.
Anybody here that can help me out to get one? There is one close to me at a dealership. It's MR with CCB's. MSRP is 114K. What is a realistic number for a 36 month 10k mile a year lease? No down but I can max out MSDs. |

Thank you guys for the replies, I haven’t driven one yet and I scheduled a test drive with the MR M4cs in South hills.
At the moment I have a Challenger SRT 392 with a 6 speed and I am very intrested in feeling the way a true M car compares with its dct and many other differences. I will be leasing it and I am not too picky about options. Only thing is that I don’t want a Alpine white M4cs or a Black one. Other than that all other colors/options are good for me. I want to get in one by the end of this month due to my Challengers lease ending pretty soon. |

Hello once again guys, I reached out to some dealers and here is what the "best" one looks like:
BMW M4cs. 36 months. 10k miles a year lease. MSRP:$114,445.00. Discount off MSRP: $18,311.20. Price: $96,133.80. The only incentive listed was $1,250.00 lease cash. MSDS: $6,650.00. Advanced payments: $946,94. Upfront charges: $882,43. Total cap reduction: $3,419.63. Due on delivery: $10,649.00 Monthly payment: $860.85+tax= $946.94. Residual: $68,667.00. What does the lease gurus think? Are there any other incentives I should know about? I don't qualify for a loyalty or a new grad discount btw. Any kind of help is greatly appreciated. I would pull the trigger if I can get the monthly price to $8xx.xx and be a part of the ///M community. |

Can you breakdown what goes into the cap reduction of $3419.63?
I think you can swing higher than 16% off MSRP. I received 18.7% off MSRP before rebates at the time for me was $5750 lease, and $2500 loyalty. Unless BMW's trunk money is less on CS's (if there is any at all currently?), I know at the time June 2019 when I picked up mine there was at least $9,000 of trunk money.

They told me that they could not go below %16 off MSRP. $5,750 lease cash? Damn thats amazing. I only got $1,250. If you dont mind, can you share your details with me by sending me a PM? Btw, I called another dealer and told them I wanted to put down MSDs but they said that they dont do that in their region? Is this true? I would’ve thought ALL BMW dealerships could do them. |

I would wait if you can, perhaps BMW hasn't released any "trunk money" for this month to get wild deals, unless you feel $900 or so is good for you then by all means. Ask them what the Money Factor is, you only need a FICO Auto 8 score of 670 to qualify for BMW's top tier rates fwiw.

I do not qualify for the incentives like new grad or loyalty discount... only lease cash and is only $1,250. I'm hesitant to wait until the 4th of July. Does anybody know what last years 4th of July deals/discounts were,if any? |

I havent' seen a lease incentive on the M/4-series this low before on 2020's since they were introduced last year when 2019's were still on the lot. Not sure why BMW isn't giving out more incentives to unload these cars.
