Combining education and fleet discount?

Does anyone know if these can be combined, or is it one or the other?

I almost positive that fleet discounts can be stacked with any available discounts from BMW. They are corporate sponsored setups that shouldn't have anything to do with regular discounts.

you can not

” The Fleet incentive cannot be used in conjunction with the BMW Car Club, BMW College Program, BMW Group Partner &
Family Program, BMW CCA program, European Delivery, Diplomatic, USAA and / or Military Sales program, BMW Group
Limousine & Hotel Shuttle Program, and the BMW VIP Purchase Program, which all are not eligible.
