I have an F82 and it does not rub but have read that it may on the F80. You may want to reach out to someone with one to verify.

Mine was 30.

265/30/20

295/30/20

It looks good but I feel like I could have gone 275.

Why does nobody ever go to 35 height? If it fills up more of the gap.

I have 19's, so think 265/35/19 and 285/35/19 will be a better fit and close to how oem is.

I have MPSS now and I'll be sticking to the MPSS as I don't drive in the rain or inclement weather.. I like the steering response in the MPSS vs friend's who have MP4S's on their F cars.

Tracking both back to back, steering feel is the same on our cars: slightly numb.

I've got 265/295 35-19 MPSS and they do fill up the gap a bit better. I test fit a 275/35 up front and it did rub at full lock and suspension bottomed so went 265. Rears are real close.

Curious if the 4S measure the same as the MPSS when it's time for new ones.

4S have a more square shape with thicker shoulders. They run wider than MPSS.

I just replaced them with 4S and did the 295 rears, they are definitely better, especially in the rain. They stick better, less traction loss when I floor it, better handling around sharp corners.

That's not a given, it depends on the size and spec.

Some PS4S actually have a narrower tread than equivalently sized PSS.

seems the rear wear much faster.. can you mix 4s rear and MPSS fronts? if the 4s, seems a little shorter and thinner, would I need to add spacers to look decent?

Have 2015 F80, and have used OEM sizes for three tire changes (low mileage). MPSS and 4S are both very good tires. 4S has improved wet traction compared to MPSS which is helpful in the Florida climate.
The tire noise and ride comfort are subjectively better than the MPSS, which may or may not be important to the OP. Early impression is all positive for 4S minus the cost and probable life span.

265 30 20 4s front, 285 30 20 cup2 rear. You'll be faster out of corners with more traction, keep the factory size for MDM/TC. 4S will not keep up on track after a few sessions though Or...you can get the Goodyear Supersport R - Cup2 grip in standard 666M sizes.

That video plus the comments answered most of my questions on these two tires.

Thanks everyone

Was thinking about this setup because straight line traction is horrendous here in Las Vegas. How does it feel mid corner, does it understeer at all?
