Anyone made a purchase lately? Prices are coming steadily down, but '18 M3 ZCPs still seem to be pretty consistently above $60k.
I'm waiting for December/January to try to find some better deals, but honestly getting a little weary of paying 75-80% of original MSRP for a 5 year old BMW that doesn't have crazy low miles or a comprehensive warranty built into the price.

Black Sapphire ext | Sakhir OJ int extended leather DCT Comp + Executive Package Moon Roof Power Rear Sunshade No - Car play Lane Departure Warning Active Driving Assistant Park Distance Control I thought this was a pretty good deal given the market, year, and mileage, I feel like other BMW preowned dealership are listing something similar between 62k - 65k, so I jumped on it. Private sale might be slightly lower, but I purchased the vehicle based on the provided history, and BMW dealership doing the PPI. My car was also certified back in 2020, so I felt like it was overall a very fair deal. I do think that the car prices will start to drop along with interest, but I felt like even if i have waited i'll end up around the same price point so I just jumped on it. Hope this helps those who're looking to get one too! |

Was selling my 2020 f82 individual, comp, exec, 6mt, very low miles and went all the way down to asking 70k.. a couple people couldn’t get financed and not too much interest so going to auction. Perhaps after winter might be a slightly better time for sellers but interest rates may have a lot to do with it

Currently looking at an 18 M3 ZCP with 32k miles. Dealer listing for $59k and offering 8.0% apr, lol.
I am working on negotiating that price down to 54k and interest rate.

IMO - if you find the right car now, if price is within your budget, I think you should go for it.
If it sits too long, might end up in an auction, when they start reducing prices on it, interest rate would go up, in the end might end up paying about the same or what not. Not a financial expert or dealership expert, but that was my thought process when I jumped in on my car at 57k & 5.24%
