Excuse the wheel gap and bad cell phone pics, but you get the idea . 19x11+40 on an AD08R 305/30 tire. I'm lowered on Dinan springs but may look into something else that will let me go lower... idk though I've been told I'll rub if I go much lower.

So I take it from this thread no other modifications need to be done to run 305's in the rear? I'm contemplating the same thing and I'm on MPHAS...

I have MP-HAS and run RE71R in 265/35/19 front with 305/30/19 rear. Wheels are BBS CI-R 9.5ET25 and 10.5ET35. No rub in front or rear at my height, and alignment is stock specs done at the dealership. To go lower/tucked in the front a tiny 3mm spacer is needed. I've run this setup hard on corners, bumps and turns, all good no probs.

Running Ferrari K1 Pilot Sport Cup 2s (305/30/20) on the rear of my GTS. No issues with fitment on the stock GTS wheels (10.5 x 20).
