Amelia Island Concours

Anyone making the trek to Amelia Island for the Concours?

It's that time of year - I'm seeing all the car haulers arriving, hearing the private jets landing at the airport. The anticipation is building for sure. Looking forward to an awesome weekend full of cars.

I used to volunteer for the Porsche Experience every year (it was a simple job and you got access to everything, including breakfast, lunch, behind the scenes stuff and tickets for the main grounds) but after Bill sold it to Mecum, they stopped all the bene's for volunteers (no more lunches, tickets for only 1 day, etc).

Amelia Island was also sold (2021 or 2022 - I can't recall). I was still receiving the free meals and access last year for volunteering - hopefully that doesn't change, because it's the best benefit by far.

Oooh, good. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! I hope they don't cheapen out too much.
