I am not positive - but if the license was already transferred and activated on that car (IE the previous owner bought a second hand license) then they wouldn't have been able to transfer it which would be why they might have just left it on the car. If it's already connected to the car I don't believe you need to do anything to adjust it you should be able to modify whatever stock maps are available.
Thanks again. Great to know i may just be on Stage 1. I'll look into the license thing. I thought I would need a license in order to do anything with the current tune. Back to my original topic and since it may be on stage 1, I'll check my emission values with my obd scanner and see if necessary items pass for inspection. Appreciate the help!
