Never fails, there was literally hundreds of open park spaces at this shopping center, I find the farthest one away from everybody, 30 minutes of shopping and I come out to this. This HAS to be on purpose since it seemed his/her intention was to park as close to my driver side as possible.

Yup they parked next to you to mess with you for sure. But on the other hand I think they got so close to you to avoid the bush on their drivers side.
