Fresh air intake location?

Hi i've searched all over the forum but could not find it. Can someone tell me how I can maybe spray lysol into the intake to clean the evaporator? like this



I checked in the f80 and I can't seem to find the hole, or if someone can show me where I can stick the hose to spray the evaporator with this

The cabin filter is located in the passenger side footwell. Remove that under tray below where the glove box is to get to it.

From there you can probably trace where the fresh air gets drawn in.

I removed the filter but couldn't find the intake you can't see shit up there the hole is small. i ended up just spraying lysol on the air filter.

yea it kinda worked but I didn't spray that much, i've read that if you spray it till it soaks up let it dry overnight that works. I'll try it next time.

bought a new filter to see if that fixes the issue permanently
