Wondering why the 2 or 3 Customers I've seen have similar numbers & boost yet they're all FBO, curious if any of your customers running a little more than 22psi.
Would a E50-E60 tune provide same/similar gains to your Full E85 ?

Great job btw !!!
The stage 2+ tune will do 580+whp @ 26psi flat.

Here is an example of the Stage 2+ E85 custom tune on AutoTalent's low-reading DynoPack dyno.

Also, the Stage 2 E85 tune is 23-24psi. The tune in the in OP was pretty conservative as per the customer's request. We stopped at 560whp with the average boost for the OP being 22.3psi.

Had Cary tune my car a few weeks ago and Justin at the helm. I specifically requested it to be streetable even though I was told it could easily go over 700.

I have full bolt ons and pures.

I am hoping to get some 1/2 mile runs at NFZ this next weekend if I can get my ECU back and tune dialed in before next Sunday.

has anyone "custom tuned" [tuned on the dyno] 91 or 93 octane instead of ots maps ? wonder how it compares to e85.

I highly doubt it , two different types of fuel.. but I maybe wrong.. also depends on who tuning it and what mods..

I do pump gas 91 and 93 custom tunes all the time (daily), there are still advantages to custom tuning pump gas over a canned tuned. While the BM3 OTS maps are really good, they are designed to cover all engines and setups within the subcategory. Custom tuning, despite the lower octane and detonation threshold of pump gas, still has advantages, as I can custom tune for each engine, setup and fuel. Plus, other areas of the tune can be custom tuned as well (overrun burble, exhaust flaps, boost by gear, throttle maps.....etc.).

What sort of gains are you seeing with a custom tune over the OTS tune for stage 2 93oct?

It really depends on the setup and the quality of pump gas. It varies a good bit based on several factors. Typically on pump gas, you'll pick up 15-30whp, sometimes more. The biggest thing to consider, is that with custom pump gas tune, you'll be getting the most out of your engine, setup and fuel with no questions as to whether there is power left on the table (safely).

There are other advantages beyond just power that should be considered when thinking about a custom tune. Being able to dial-in throttle sensitivity, boost smoothness, exhaust flap behavior, overrun burble, VMAX, VANOS and Valvetronic, Start-up sequence (and several others) are big advantages and are specifically dialed-in for YOUR specific engine, setup, fuel as well as your preference.

Most are still running stock crank bolts without issue.

Are any of your E85 tuned cars running Fuel-Its fuel pump upgrade ?
Do you find any benefit for this or have you tried to use 1 or do you not see the need at all ?
