The 2017 did not come with satin black thats why? Or the appearance doesnt look like satin black.

OEM BMW 666m wheels have two versions a silver and a black version. The black version isn't even this dark and isn't a satin finish like that. It's two tone with like a darker tint.

Ok I think I got it all mixed up. So there is no full black on these wheel. The black they refer to is the two tone one. Got it thanks

Hmm… either the rims on OPs car is painted or they swapped rims with a velocity edition. My bet is painted since the car is not fashion grey and is a 2017. Since the velocity is so rare, highly highly doubt
