Immaculate Unmolested 1997 e36 M3 Coupe - 65K miles!
Immaculate 1997 BMW M3 coupe, 65,890 miles. Asking $30,900. 3 mature owners, see Carfax image. Investment grade, collector condition, garage queen--fully stock, unmodified mechanically, VIN matching 3.2-liter inline-six, five-speed manual, limited-slip diff. Arctic Silver Metallic, black Nappa leather. Luxury package, sunroof, fog lights, 17″ Style 23 wheels, cruise, wood interior trim, cassette stereo CD changer, dual-zone climate control. 225/45 fr 245/40 rr Goodyear Eagle F1 tires with 7/32” tread depth of 2007 date codes. Headliner new in 2023; battery, parking-brake shoes, rear brake pads and rotors recently replaced with OE parts. Books, service records, all three (3!) keys, front-end and full-car covers, spare parts, perfect 3-owner Carfax. Beltline trim removed and professionally painted to match while under prior ownership, European-spec taillights and turn signals installed. Presentation is, in a word, pristine: Not abused, but lovingly cared for by adoring owners. The original owner made custom cut floor mats to cover the factory floor mats--it's always been that kind of car! Owner #2 of 2003 and me as #3 are both Detroit car engineers. I've added just 8k miles since Oct. 2012. Only very limited signs of normal wear, some minor if difficult to distinguish blemishes. Slight wear on seat upholstery and broken trim at the ends of the door-sill plates as depicted. No dings, & seller sees no evidence of, is not aware of any, prior paint work or track use. The oil is fresh (every 1,500 miles since 2003!), original A/C blows cold. Drives and operates as when new. Powertrain, ride, steering, handling, and braking all operate and perform flawlessly. This M3 is kept under cover in a climate-controlled garage all year long, wintering with only ethanol-free fuel and on a battery maintainer. This gorgeous, pedigreed M3 is the real deal: an honest, unrestored, unmolested example of the fast-appreciating E36 M3 that is often held up as a pinnacle of BMW’s finest execution. This M3 is a true preservation success, not some mystery-history buffed up former mess! I have lots of high res pics, and will add more but wanted to get the listing started. Feel free to email me at sterling121040@gmail.com for further questions. Thank you for looking. Last edited by SimplyRob; 06-09-2023 at 11:59 AM.. Reason: Added info |
