All speculation at this point. I suspect the C63 will be faster in a straight line and the transmission won't be as good but, beyond that, who knows. The M might be the better drivers car on a road course or the C might blow it out of the water

Only time will tell but I will speculate on this... the C63 and M4 will be closer in overall performance this generation than the last. That is, the M will be closer in straight line speed and the C will be more comparable to the M on a road course. I feel there will be a levelling of the playing field and the "best" car will be the one someone prefers for whatever personal reason.

Closer straight line?

I've lined up with 2 different stock C63s non pp and we were pretty flipping close haha....507 or that PP whatever it's called different ball game, but stock vs stock a jump could determine the winner. I know you had both, not trying to start something here. Excited to see what the new C63 can do.

When I think "stock", I consider it to be anything you can option from the factory That is, you can get the PP option for the C63 and it would walk an E92 every day, all day. So, you are correct in that the base C63 in the early part of its run was closer to the M3 but once the PP C63 was released, I doubt MB sold a C63 without that option and it would still be stock as far as I'm concerned

Hey bud, do you plan on making it out to any of the roll racing events next year? I'm a local Toronto C63 owner as well and would love to see how the W204 holds up to the new M3's. Mines not stock by any means. But I would love to get some real world experience with them on a closed circuit of course.
