Using 641M winter wheels for the track?

Got the chance of a set of 19" 641M wheels complete with winter tyres for my 2017 F80 M3 ZCP at a great price.

Exact dimensions:

Front: 8.5x19 ET27
Rear: 9x19 ET29

What I'm wondering is, could I double these alloys up as track alloys and put something like Cup 2's or R888R on them during the summer track season? (Or even full on slicks)

If so, what's the max sizes I could go with on those wheels?

Any help appreciated!

Technically yes you can, but it wouldn't be ideal. Those rears are the same size and offset as oem fronts. You can probably fit oem sized tires on there(255/35 front 275/35 rear) but again they will be a little overstuffed and ideally you would want a wider rim and tire package for track duty.
