Just got the cs tune from alex @alpinee.Cars so smooth now and the overrun is nice but not loud in your face at all. He is amazing guided me through the whole thing.
By smooth i mean it feels like its pulling crisply in lower gears and rpm in sport plus. Was a bit odd before the tune and i just used to use sport mainly . I definetely felt a improvement on something thats quite good anyway hope it helps some one.
Would have skipped the upcoming catback order for axleback if i knew the overrun would turn out so nice.

Tbh i couldnt care less about power but for sake of it its advertised at 50hp and 40 torque . I could say i felt it but you never know where in the rev range it comes as the whole car overall is lot smoother for me.

Hi just to clarify, did you go from a LCI M3 1.0 with no comp pack to a CS tune? And does it have the burbles and crackles on overrun with the stock exhaust? If so I am definitely interested in this tune! Cheers

I know this is a big ask - but any chance of any videos? I can't seem to find any.

Cheers again

yes through the obd port. you need a laptop + internet at home as you will have to download initial software + tuned software after he reads the ecu. Its a breeze
I will try to do a video but it sounds a lot better when your driving .. downshifting etc.

Had my m3 lci with cs tune flashed by stuart @bmr.
It really improves the car absolutely 0 jerking now . I loved the gearbox as it is but the flash really makes the gearbox crisper up and down. Steeeing is also better i dont know why or how ( i use comfort all the time ). Easy to recommend this and amazing service by stuart , he is very knowledgeable. Negative - i would say skip the comfort suspension coding unless your on comp pack , takes away a bit of confidence with dampers in comfort too soft .

I have a comp pack 2017 .... was very hard ride but got the CS edc settings and now it is definitely a softer/smoother ride. My question is do the US comp pack settings differ from the Australian settings? If not then ZCP edc I can 100% confirm is a harder ride than CS edc.

So there’s standard, zcp and cs edc. Do they all differ between US and Australia/euro? If not then which Of the 3 is best? If they do then wow there’s a lot of combinations....

If there’s actual physical differences in shocks/springs between models (which I believe there are) it does concern me running the wrong edc settings to be honest. Do the physical cars differ between US and here? Ie is a comp pack springs and shocks the same the world over? If so I’d be happier to swap between comp pack us/aust than comp pack vs CS

What i do know is that comp pack springs are different and slightly stiffer, also US comfort settings are slightly different to provide a more comfortable ride (reminds me of regular 3 in sport) . I dont know about cs EDC as i didn't opt for it ,give US comfort settings a go without changing the parameters for the sport and sport + if possible.

You can get them for either version, Stuart will know the specifics. The op in this thread has comp pack and had similiar coding done by stuart.

I had mine coded by Alex.

I’m soecifically wanting to know if US COMP pack comfort is different to Australian comp pack comfort.

If anyone could confirm that’s be great. I’m trying to stick to settings designed for the specific model.
