I had a few questions on a new 2020 BMW M4 Lease
I am located in central florida and lurked the forums from time to time I have a build code and ready to play. I have read the Lease 101 Called a tampa dealership who gave me a msrp of 90K and was "willing" to knock of about 2%+ or 5K from the msrp. I stated i would call back before we go to specifics because this seemed low based on what deals everyone else is getting on the forms. How are ppl getting 10-15% knocked off msrp on brand new builds ??? Please guide me. I am willing to call other dealers out of state just need to know where to start. |

simply email other dealers, be up front with what YOU want. Some will play games, some will be straight shooters, some will take some negotiaton. When i was looking for the m5, probably emailed 20 dealers across the country. |

If you are ordering a car, you may get invoice minus incentives, IF you're lucky and have a solid relationship with the dealer (i.e. you've bought cars from them before, etc). More likely however, you will be 1000-$1500 above invoice. I don't even think there are any incentives on 2020 cars yet. |

Good points. I thought about the CS, but I am thinking of keeping this after the lease. It’s got DCT, exec pkg, some other smaller options.

If you are thinking of keeping it, I'd just finance it and save some money.

Since you're going DCT, i would get the CS. It's a special car and probably worth the price delta if you decided to buy at the end. good luck.

Yup...the M3/4 is a great car, but even with the new G80/2 iteration, $100k is a lot for an M3/4. The CS is demonstrating this. Will be interesting to see how the new cars do. I think BMW may get pushback at some point, but who knows!

I've owned a base M3, a ZCP and now the CS and yes, it's a special car. Hoping that you were just joking with your comment.

What helps me sleep at night is that it's the most powerful production M3 as of yet and I didn't pay even close to sticker for it.
