Lol i meant as to how did you manage to sell your car quickly to get smb. Did you have two CSs at one point?
No, never had both at the same time. I would never make such a financial risk. At that time, my AW M3CS was the only one up for transfer and was relatively inexpensive for those that didn't mind MSD. I had many members lined up to take over the lease, but it took several weeks on my end to finally get the title work over to BMWFS. Once the title paperwork was straightened out, it only took 4 days to transfer. In the interim, I had my dealer locating available SMB cars. And bc it was the following month, the rates and flagship monies improved, so I ended up getting an even more aggressive deal. I never even made my second payment on the AW one. I certainly would have avoided the added stress by getting SMB originally, but the dealer I was working with had two CSs on their lot and dealers weren't trading CSs for CSs, as they didn't want to be stuck with them. In the end it all worked out!

How are you liking MPE on your cs? Does it create more bubbling than stock?

I had 18 comp and my stock cs exhaust definitely sounds better.

I also had MPE on my 18 comp and i loved driving that thing even more so after MPE was installed because of the enhancement mpe made.

Now i am in dilemma whether i should get MPE for my cs, im curious how much better did it get compare to stock? If any, is it worth extra $3000? Any inputs will be appreciated

I have MPE on current CS and previous '16 competition pack. So far, it's tamer than my previous car but I'm expecting it'll improve once they do the 1200 mile service...

Yes, the car is much more aggressive sounding, deeper, louder etc. Burbles are more pronounced. For me it was worth it because it made the car much more enjoyable to drive at all speeds.

I got my MPE new at the dealer for 20% off, so it was worth it.

NOTE: Compared to my non-comp M3 with the MPE, this has more burbles and a deeper tone. It's not noticeably louder than the non-Comp with MPE.

I'm wondering if the Comp is louder than the non-comp. The MPE is not tamer than my non-Comp MPE.

I had non comp 15 and 16 but never had MPE on them, so i cannot directly compare but my 18 comp was significantly better sounding once MPE was installed. Perhaps It was 6MT and i occasionally just rev in neutral to hear that sound. So for that reason, it was definitely worth it for my 18 comp

Now the other hand, my CS already sounds good stock. It sounds like non comp with MPE almost.

Ive run CS
CS+AA mid
CS+AA mid + MPE

AA mid enhances the stock deep tone, louder at all revs. Yes it also adds very loud gunshot like burbles.
Adding MPE changed the tone from deep to higher pitch/hollow sound which is a bit more exotic. Did not make the exhaust much if any louder. If you go from stock to MPE I'm sure the MPE mid does part of what the AA mid does (burbles etc) so comparison is not exact.

Cost benefit, the AA mid wins all the way. Worth every penny. Even with the amazing deal I got on a V2 MPE it's still way too expensive for what it gives. Then again it's a 100k car so who cares. I am happy with it.

Any particular reason you went with 10 in the back and not 12 to be even with the front?

Any differences v1 mpe vs v2 mpe?

How do you differentiate those two from each other by visual aspects?
