How are these compared to the coilovers? Reliability? Fitment?

The spring themselves are about 20% stiffer then the stock ones, helping to remove some of the factory floatiness. Fitment is spot on especially since you can control the ride height with the kit. This kit also allows you to keep the factory EDC if your car is equipped. Height ranges from a front drop of 0.4" to 1.2" and rear with a drop of 0.2" to 1.0".

That's great, allowing for a lot of modularity especially to dial in fitment.

Do you know anything about reliability? Have there been any reported issues with the struts being damaged swapping to the KW HAS?

To my knowledge the worst that can happen is the ride becoming slightly "softer" after 20-30k miles but nothing catastrophic happening, I feel like people make these KW HAS to be the devil and to ONLY buy KW V3s which are 3x the price, but everyone I see who runs them has nothing but good things to say. I don't think KW would release a product that damages the chassis/suspension.

Nothing of the sort to my knowledge. There are a ton of youtube videos reviewing this kit which I'd suggest you check out. They cover everything from installation to reviews of the kit. This particular HAS kit is very popular within the community with many users so I dont think damage to chassis/suspension would be a concern.

Thanks for the knowledge! How's the ride after about 20-30k miles? Does it tend to soften out as others have mentioned?

I'm not sure, the kit I have for sale only was used for about 3k miles. Removed as reverting car back to stock.
