Maybe I had the bad experience with them because they’re a big company? I was told my inquires slipped through the cracks, but I sent about 5 follow up emails with no response to any of them aside from the initial email saying they would reach out to Swift. Ahmed resolved the issue quickly with Austin. Austin ultimately did get a return going and shipping label over to me. I’m glad they finally helped me out. I would’ve been completely fine if the return wasn’t possible, but I did get sour when I couldn’t even get a response. Maybe I’ll have some other luck if order with them again.

I emailed them to cancel an order and they replied the next business day to confirm. No problems for me.

I've been on the Subaru forums since roughly 2002 and over the years Vivid's reputation has been less than stellar from what I have read. I have never purchased from them but that has scared me off from ever trying.

+1 here! Terrible customer service! Sent me the wrong carbon wheel, I returned it and they’ve refused to refund my PayPal. Keep saying it takes time! Plenty of vendors on here to buy from other than Vivid. Stay away!

I’ve been dealing with them for weeks on a refund for their mistake. Poor at best! The sales manager leads the reps with zero training or communication skills. Their reviews speak for themselves.
