For sale, used for about 6 months. It's in great shape just the filters of course could use a recharge. It comes with both the dry (white) and Pro5R (blue) filters so 4 in total. I definitely feel the difference now that I'm back on the stock intake (with BMC drop in filters). I only removed it because I wanted a full carbon intake.

I paid $1000 for it originally.

I will be posting pics of the actual kit in the next day or two but this is an example of what it is except this kit below only has one set of filters, with mine you'll get two.

does this set up have rubbing issues with after market charge pipes? my factory OEM ( passenger side ) rubs on the OEM air box w my after market charge pipes.

Yeah my Dinan one would rub. This one clears them with room to spare. It's a very well fitted unit.
