Yes, it can be used on M4 for a little less drop in the rear.
Do you have any pics of any cars where this has been done?

How much less of a drop does it give at the back?

Is anyone running these springs with 295/35/19 rear tires (M5 OEM rear tires) on OEM 19" wheels?

I'm considering switching from 255/35/19 and 275/35/19 to 265/35/19 and 295/35/19 and am concerned about rubbing.

I've searched quite a few threads for this answer and haven't found it. Has everyone who installed these springs been able to get back to the correct alignment specs? These are probably the springs I'll go with, but getting the alignment correct is key.

We haven't had any issues with alignment after installation. Performs perfectly.

I had these springs installed not to long ago, but started getting a creaking sounds coming from the front of the car at low speeds mainly while parking/turns out of a corner.

Anyone else experiencing this?

No noises from mine... Must be an installation issue?

Just had mine installed today. Rides amazing; much improved over stock. The car feels like it's suctioned to the ground; very well planted.

Question for those with these installed: do you notice a change in rake? I feel slightly more negative to stock, but not sure if it's all in my head!

Just got mine, somewhat disappointed the springs weren't in separate plastic bags, which caused scratches. Anyways, going to install this weekend, I was planning on using one set of spacers only to lower the rear even more..

Is there a reason you want the rear to be even lower on an F80? Visually, even with both spring spacers installed on the rears, the rear tire-to-fender "gap" is going to be much less than the front.

Does this mean there is no need for an alignment after installation? I would think the toe in front and rear would need to be adjusted after a 1" drop, no?

I had mine installed 2 weeks ago, my shop asked me to come back after driving 200-300 miles for an alignment once everything settles.

Super happy with the springs for now, later I'll upgrade to 3-way fully adjustable coil overs when my dampers start throwing up.

I was referring to adjustment ranges. You should always perform an alignment after springs are installed.

Also, anybody know how the ride quality and performance compares to Swift springs? Also wondering if I'll be rubbing with my ZCP 666m wheels + 12mm F/15mm R spacers installed. Thanks!

Its obviously always good to have it checked after installation. Especially since you need to remove the rear eccentric (camber adjustment) bolts as part of the install. It is possible to mark them and put them back in the exact same position though. I had my alignment done right after installing the MS springs and everything was still within spec. I had already paid for the alignment though so they made a couple very minor adjustments and sent me on my way. Car rides much better and is more planted (as a result of the springs, not alignment). I fear for the my front bumper now as its like 3 inches off the ground.

I was on the fence about installing springs and your review solidified it for me. Thanks for taking the time!

Macht Schnell Sport Competition Springs are progressive rate. Here's specs:

BMW OEM
Front Springs: 178lb.in
Rear Springs: 560lb.in

Macht Schnell Sport Competition Springs
Front Springs: 265lb.in
Rear Springs: 710lb.in
Thx for this compared to the dinan HAS sleeve for the f8x are the rates the same? Would there be a big performance difference between dinan and MS considering dinan is just a sleeve and not a full kit.

How would these be compared to linear springs which have "similar" but slightly less spring rates at 250 and 670 respectively front and back. Regarding performance would they be the same? Or would progressive springs be better vs linear?
