With how crazy this market is these days, you can get the sports or off road trims at anywhere from 380-450 per month lease. The MSRP ranges between 40-45K. The base trims SR and SR5 are around 35-38K. I got it through a broker on leasehackr.

I’ve got a Tundra Crewmax as my hauler, Toyota trucks and SUVs are really hard to beat.

I have a base 2021 SR truck with the only options being the 3.5 V6 and 4x4. I love this truck, but the automatic transmission's 6th gear is way too tall for this vehicle. Luckily keeping the transmission in S5 and ECT solves that issue. So far it's been super reliable, but with only 12,000 miles since November of 2020 that is to be expected.

2020 Taco SR5 here. It is a great daily for sure. Once this lease is up, I may go tundra. They just shared a sneak peak of the new tundra.

Thank you. They are the Sema matte gray wheels from the 4runner. The tires are Bridgestone Dueler REVO 3s.

I traded my 2018 M3 for a 2020 TRD Pro. The rentals were multiplying so I needed to focus my attention... I've really liked it, it handles 99% of my truck needs (I sold a F250 prior to the M3). I've since picked up a 96 LX450 (series 80 Land Cruiser). Now that I've whipped a few of the outliers in shape I'm looking for another F80 to add as a weekend fun car.

I had a 2018 Tacoma TRD Off-Road Double Cab. Agreed price on it was $35.9k when new ($37.2k MSRP). Sold it a month ago to a Carmax for $37k cash. I only sold it because I work from home and didn't need 4 cars of which I drove only 4k miles total for the past 15 months. I will buy another as a daily when the auto industry goes back to normal. Simply couldn't resist getting more $ than I paid for a truck that it's warranty ended in 2 months, needed new tires in 5k miles, and had a small tear in the driver seat that I didn't want to repair. I also wanted all the new amenities the 2021+ models offer (apple carplay and adjustable driver seat to name a couple)
For now my 2005 Mercedes E55 AMG serves as my daily with my 2018 M3cs as a weekend car. Great 1-2 punch with 3rd combination punch being a bone stock 1997 Integra Type-R. However, I will say I miss the utility the truck offered and am seeing this now that it's been gone for a month. Again, will lease another when the market cools -- whenever that might be. |

Ive got a 2020 Tundra as my daily. Got a great deal on it at the beginning of covid when I saw the used car market skyrocket. Had a 2013 Tundra with 130k miles and sold it shortly after for about 18k under what I paid for it brand new. I dont understand whats going on but looks like I bought at the best time.

No Taco here, also still on the hunt for the right F80, but we do own a 2018 Land Cruiser as the wife's daily.
Absolutely incredible truck, the pinnacle of what an SUV should be in my opinion. Was torn between an LX570 and a F80 for my daily but think I'll stick with the F80, these forums certainly help sway that thought. |
