The powerband was so smooth and easy to drive at the limit.
Does that pretty much limit you to BM3 and EcuTek for custom tunes? A custom tune is exactly what I am looking for

I emailed Carbahn but am awaiting a response... I don't want max power just something nice and linear up to as high as they can make it... Would like to use as many (usable) revs as I can on the track

Any tuner can dial back torque demand and smooth the boost ramp up. Bm3 and ecutek will let the end user adjust as the end user as well. Bm3 through the sliders on the web interface and flashing and ecutek via steering wheel controls no flash needed.

I used BM3. Not familiar with EcuTek. For something with potentially severe consequences, I wouldn't take any chances on something that isn't yet proven on the track (general statement, not aimed at EcuTek). I can attest to the results of Cary doing the tune on the BM3 platform and others can say the same.
