Where are the fog lights on an m4?

They only have rear fog lights, those have to be coded and light switch modified

The inner lamps that normally function as cornering lights can be coded to operate as fog lights.

You can e able rear fog lamps quite easily

There are rear fog lights in the euro model F8X. Following a few simple steps you can "unlock" the feature. If done correctly you will see an fog light indicator in the instrument panel. I did it with my M3 and now have fully functional rear fog lights. Waiting for a foggy day to use them.
