Model 3 performance to m3
Looking to sell my M3P and get into a 2018 zcp m3. I’m local to the Cincinnati area and the only one that meets my spec would be this car.
https://www.bmwofcincinnatinorth.com...d8303f9ecf.htm Anyone have any thoughts on pricing? I understand the msrp was 88k but this is approaching end of warranty. CPO obviously helps but it does seem to be on the higher end. Thanks, K |

$70k looks to be in the current range for an '18 CPO comp. Maybe try to negotiate for a few off.
Consider <$10k up from there are M3 CS. Worth the price jump, imo. If you want a glimpse at real market value, i.e., the initial drive off the lot loss at whatever purchase price, run the vin through the vroom and carvana quote systems.

It's a Comp Exec, which pulls a good price. At $70K make sure it's exactly what you want, or look for the CS that is.

So vroom has it at 65k and Kbb trade in at 67. I would agree that it seems a bit high at 71. Salesman was a bit of a you know what so it may be worth just low balling them at the 67 or walk.
For me the CS is a no go. I don’t see it worth the extra even though at this price it is minimal. |

Ideally I would be in the low 60s or high 50s. I guess I’ll just need to sit on my hands and wait. |

Alternative take is you'll achieve an artificially high value for your M3P right now as well, so you should take the exchange and drive what you really want.
Relative to many other inflated performance cars, F8X gen is great value & performance for the money. This one was listed at about 20% off MSRP. In hindsight, not too bad a deal, and obviously the market will bear
