Standard competition exhaust.

Tone is a little deeper. Volume louder by 50% in sport/+ and 10% in efficient. Raspiness almost gone, just a hint at over 6000rpm. More pops and bangs on lift off including the odd crack at high revs.

Did you buy it new recently or was it an older used item

My mate sold his to a bloke in nsw because of poor fit

Bought if off a friend when he sold his M3. He had no problems with it. Bought originally early 2018.

Good upgrade for me as I couldn't get the MPE past the accountant.

awesome, there was some calls for fabspeed to improve the fit from the first manufactured, so looks like they may have now

Yes mine fit perfectly without fitment issues. Exhaust shop installed it in about 40 minutes and fit like a glove.

The shop actually commented on how well made it was and how good the fitment was.

So strange, this same pipe was the one my mate sold you drmgt because he couldn't get it to fit right

He was adamant he did everything right, but looks like not

The exhaust shop I use basically do full custom exhausts and fabrication - he commented that the pipe was very well made and fitment was straightforward.

I wouldn't have sold it on without warning the buyer that fitment was an issue. Your mate should offer the same courtesy in the future when reselling parts.

Lucky for me - it was a non issue.

M performance exhaust was a massive improvement over the competition exhaust.

No tuning required

I was in Southbank Sat morn - noticed the M3's with regular 666M wheels again, no shadowline. Still got the Blue CS.....
