Hard to give a general statement but I think it's gonna be really hard to convince a dealer to knock off over 20k. They would lose quite a bit of mine even with all the rebates BMW gives them.

I got 14% of for mine and was happy with it.

Edit - I had 5250 in rebates on top of that

The dealers would have to be really really desperate. You're in optioned M3/4 territory at that price and they know they can charge a bit more especially since the M3 has the same residuals as the M3CS. I agree with the other poster. I got 14% before incentives and they wouldn't budge any more than that. Your region may vary of course!

What's the verdict on an M Performance School voucher for purchasing a CS? I recall discussion around this topic but cannot seem to find the thread. I've called BMWNA and BMWFS to inquire and can't get a straight answer.

CCA rebate is totally separate from any dealer negotiations.

You don't need to tell anything to the dealership about the CCA rebate, you do that all own your own after you get the vehicle

I've received the CCA rebate before. The reason I asked is because I received a big discount on my X5M, but my CCA rebate was declined because of the type of discount the dealer gave me.

Interesting. What was the rationale they used to deny issuing the rebate?

Did you receive a corporate fleet discount? The BMWCCA rebate is not stackable against it or so I have heard. The rebate still has to clear BMWFS, so they will take a good look at your rebates and incentives to make sure they are stackable. I have two rebates out right now pending approval: $1k for my i3, and $500 for the M3 CS.

I got a huge discount on my X5M too, but still got the cca rebate. Maybe you requested more than one rebate in the same calendar year?

Yes, this was the issue. I had received a corp fleet discount. You totally refreshed my memory. Thanks.

That's interesting. In Canada, the letter we receive from BMW Canada granting the BMW Club discount clearly states that the 2% discount on MSRP is "over and above" the negotiated price with the dealer.
