CD, NAV, Bluetooth Audio not working

Starting with a faint ticking in the dash, seemed to be coming from the CD slot.

The nav stopped working (when I hit the nav button it stays on the loading nav screen), the CD player isn't working (when I hit cd, it's stuck on "checking..." though it will let me insert cds, just doesn't allow eject/playing.

Bluetooth failed a day or two later, and it simply says "loading" when I go to the external device/bluetooth screen.

Any ideas whether it's the headunit, or possibly the combox? Much appreciated!

There is disconnection of the MOST fiber optic cables somewhere in your car -HU, TCU/TCB, or instrument cluster.

Were you able to figure out the problem? I have the same issue.
