Volume normalisation between radio and media?

When I'm listening to the radio, I have the volume turned to a comfortable level... Excellent, all is fine so far.

I then decide to watch a DVD or play some music from my Android. The volume is at only audible for cats. I have to turn it so far up it's ridiculous.

Then I switch back to radio, and I get my head blasted off.

Both use the "Entertainment" volume setting, but there seems to be no normalisation between the two inputs.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I've noticed the same thing, so I just copied the songs from my phone to the same usb drive I have everything else on.

Did the song names keep the same format? I did this also and the song names changed to a leading alpha numeric for some reason.

Tracks are listing on head up display/in dash with the track number (as per file name) but show with artist/track name in media on idrive
