It's in their thread, I have a bm3 also, or you can just talk to dzenan. You still need to unlock you DME but licenses and transferable. proTUNING Freaks

From a "pain in the ass" standpoint, might be easier to just get the license when you get the DME unlocked from PTF

Part of the beauty of the Bootmod3 is the ability for the license to be transferred...

Why would you take the time to try and sabotage someone's sale when his description is accurate and he's providing savings?

The license transfer is as easy as sending an email to PTF with your information and the information of the shop unlocking the DME.

I believe you can only.transfer the license one time to the next owner then after that, the new owner won't be able to sell the tune. This was the case when I tried to buy a used bootmod tune.
