You wouldn't see it listed anywhere on your PO and the dealer likely wouldn't tell you about it. The flagship money is baked into the discount you received if you purchased your CS in the last 30 days or so.

I am just curious, leasing can come with a different mindset then purchasing.

Just picked up my M3CS in LRG. Got about 14% off after the January incentives. $1135 or so a month. Felt like a fair deal based on what I'd seen around the country.

My CA [(and friend) as relayed by his GM]... this would be #8 over the span of 15 years. I tend to (trust) and believe him

I don't doubt your information. My post was intended as a PSA - sharing what was relayed to me yesterday from my CA (and friend) of the last 15 years. He has zero reason to BS me. If that's since been amended, or perhaps a "regional thing" I (admittedly) wouldn't know.

CONGRATS! Picked up my LRG last week. You have GREAT taste!

Your deal seems about right. I have a similar payment for 12k/36mo with zero down, zero drive off with the BMW Maintenance Program.

For all of you getting a “deal” on your leases, please check back with me in 3 years before you turn in your car. I will be in the market for a low mileage, well kept, well depreciated M3 CS.

He's right! I bought my CS on Thursday from him and it was a great deal. Thanks again Brandon!

You won't be getting mine. I'll be buying after the lease. This one is a keeper.

Anyone know how eager SoCal/SD-area dealers are? I just jumped out of an M4 into a C63s but I’d be tempted to go for an M3 CS if I could get a sub-$900 payment.

Sub $900 is going to be a little hard imo. I got mines for $963 no money down.

Did you pay first month and acquisition fee upfront? Or was that all rolled into the lease?

Wow. The dealer I purchased my m3cs went from I think 6 or 7 m3cs down to 1 in a week. I only see an alpine white with ccb left in inventory. I hope some forum members got in on the deals
