Emissions testing changes

So I just discovered today that in my state of Ohio the new emissions test is ONLY done via the OBDII port now and no longer the tailpipe test. With that being said, when I go catless, as long as the CEL code is cleared via my jb4 will I pass?

No, the O2s will never have a chance to enter readiness. Remove the JB4 and reinstall your stock downpipes.

Im generalizing...
The emissions computer connects to the car and checks for any faults and that the cars sensors are enabled and ready.

If the car is not running to emission standards, the computer reads and stores a fault. The sensors becomes ready when the engine is run for a couple miles to get a reading of the cars state. When you reset the CEL, you are changing the state of the sensors back to not ready and will fail emissions testing.
