Lowering the Car with Extended Warranty

Hi,

I have purchased extended warranty for AUS until 100k.
I was thinking to do couple aftermarket parts and was wondering if the lowering the car would affect my warranty.

Did anyone lowered the car with the extended warranty? Did BMW ever were being picky while the car is being serviced?

Thanks in advance!

Garage List
I purchased an extended warranty in March on my 2016 M4 that extends the warranty to 7 years/70,000 miles (I don't even have 35,000 miles in 4.5 years so this will be plenty).

I have Dinan "coil-overs" (really just HAS) and Ground Control camber plates. While purchasing the extended warranty I was not asked if there were any modifications to the car. I also have a really great relationship with the Service Manager at my servicing dealer and I'm friends with their shop foreman. They've never denied any warranty claim on any of our 4 BMWs in the last nine years, including having the engine replaced in my wife's previous 33is Coupe which spun a rod bearing at 70,000 miles during the extended warranty, although here car was always stock.

In the US you are protected from having warranty claims being rejected unless the modification is a direct cause of any problem that you experience. Since my mods are to my suspension, they could deny a claim if a front strut or a control arm broke, but not if there was any problem with the engine, transmission, or any other non-suspension part.

P.S. I saw the AUS and thought you were from Australia. What is the AUS refer to in your post?
