Ordering a 2020 M4

Car has been at dealership for three days now but they say they're waiting for a title to be able to deliver the car..for a lease? Does this make sense?

Also they put my car up on their online inventory. Do dealers usually do this?

When my car was delivered at the dealer, I was able to pick it up 2 days after. The dealer had everything ready to go when I arrived, but I did finance instead of lease!

My car was never put up on the dealer's website - it was already "sold" so I don't see why they would but I could be totally wrong.

When is the latest one could order a 2020 M4 before production ends?

I would say February or March 2020 as F82 production stops on June 2020.

You should be able to order in June as long as your dealer has an allocation.

Turns out they were telling the truth about the title. The car gets to the dealer from the port before BMW NA sends the title to the dealer and the dealer cannot deliver until the receive the title. Confirmed with other dealers as well.
