Looks like it. Ask them to split the difference between the M3 and the Civic...

how on fucking earth are some of you bald eagle people paying like 50-150 bucks a month for an M4. That is dirt cheap.

Meanwhile in toronto and other cities in canada people are paying your yearly premium monthly.

Fuck this horseshit.

Mine is not a daily driver so I have it on 6K miles a year and it only costs me $110.00 a month. I have three other cars on the policy. I'm with GEICO and very happy with them.

Dang, we have crazy rates in Canada depending on the car and the province.
My '02 330ci is $136 monthly, and my 2015 M4 (financed) is $440/mth for full coverage / collision, theft, ect. This is for Alberta, thru Pembridge, 1 minor fender bender + 34 yr old female. However no one covers glass here anymore and that sucks.

Digging this thread back up because I got smoking deal. I had used Grundy specialty insurance for my Ferrari. You basically tell them what the car is worth, and they generate a comprehensive policy for you. I just had the annual premium lowered from 2700 to 2300 on the ferrari (191/month) because I hadn't updated the cars value from when I bought it 3 years ago.

Now on to the M3. I didn't think they would insure it because in the past they said no to my 335 (I think it was because it was my DD at the time). I was paying $2000 a year with Geico. Even after I had told them I hardly take it to work and put 3000 miles on it a year and its garage kept.

Gave the same info to Grundy... $630 a year.

*there are some stipulations: basically the car can only be used for pleasure cruising and car shows. Not for work, errands, as a backup vehicle, can't take it to the track or any type of racing (lol they even mention no gymkhana) and no one under 25 can drive the car.

Paying $108/month for full coverage, low deductibles, and higher limits through Esurance. I'm almost 30 living in NJ, couple of speeding tickets from when I was younger (had 6 points total concurrently at one point and needed to pay NJ Surcharge for 3 years) have paid off all moving violations since then so no points. Only Geico would match it and other companies quoted me around $300-$800 for similar coverage.

Never had to use insurance claims, other than windshield replacements.

That's great if it works for you, but those usage restrictions for me are a killer. I talked to Hagerty about the same kind of coverage for my pleasure cars and I can't remember the quote, but it was far less than half what I pay now with State Farm and Progressive.

But Hagerty will not pay any claims if they can prove you were using the car for anything other than point A to point A cruising or shows. So if I decided to drive it to work on a Friday, or take the wife on a date, I'm not covered in an accident. To me, I might as well not be insured.
