Can I lease a Certified Preowned BMW?

Are there dealerships in Los Angeles that will do a lease on a CPO? Or is this a myth?

I've noticed they have a couple of M4s that are 2018/2019 with sub 3000 miles on them. Anyone know if there's a smart way to try to get one of those? They're priced at $62-65,000 but I'm wondering what everyone's thoughts on trying to negotiate the msrp down to 50-52?

Ship shop shop. Get multiple quotes from other dealers and be transparent. Let them know you are shopping. Try and get a low quote and give other dealers a chance to meet or beat.
