Agreed! I may be buying out my '19 M4CS at lease end if prices hold strong as it'll only be $67K for me to purchase in a few months. With only 5K miles on the odometer, should hold value well

Found a 2016 M4 with 12k miles out of warranty with original MSRP around 78k. Thoughts on a good price for this; anything under 45k?

$38k-$42k depending on private vs. dealer/condition/negotiations.

I highly doubt any seller, be it dealer or private party would let a '16 with only 12K miles sell in the $38-$42K range. I would say closer to high $40K's

You’re right idk what I was looking at when I first posted I must have not edited the mileage on kbb. $46k-$48k is the accurate private party range assuming it’s all good cosmetically/mechanically. Thanks for correcting me.

I will be following this thread..with covid and not driving much, its really keeping the miles down on my f80.. that could bode well when my lease comes due in '22

Currently its an '18 ZCP loaded with CCB (91k sticker) has a 53K residual and I'm only at 13K miles... 13K blissful miles i might add!

2-3 weeks ago picked up a '18 M3 base model in BSM with 32,8xx miles(guessing all freeway miles), DCT, lease return, all required maintenance services were done by BMW dealers. California price was $58,999 then about $62K OTD after taxes and registration.

Feels like I did good since it's basically the spec that both my wife & I really wanted and it was literally the only one we found within a 150 miles radius.

Hi everyone,
Longtime member of the forum, and back in the market for an M4 after several years (sold mine in 2016). I am looking for a '17/18 model with 15-25k miles, comp pack. What would you guys and gals consider a fair price from a dealership these days?
All best

I'd get the 2018 for the LCI II. Icon lights, LED tails iDrive 6 and a couple other little things.

50-55k for a DCT coupe the way you described it imo (I'm in nyc)

Closer to 55-60, particularly for a 18 with low miles

Just picked up a 2020 F83 (comp and exec packages) with 13,500 miles along with extended axiom warranty (original began to run in September 2019) and the wheel and tire plan for $75k all in. Paid taxes off, financed remainder at 3.29%. Thoughts?

P.S. This is a business purchase.

I agree... used F80 pricing is nuts! Low mileage 2018's are hitting 60's... for a car that sold 3 years ago for 70... wtf! Who is paying these prices ?!?

Im not sure but the sellers are riding it all the way to the bank. The banks and Manheim have not adjusted so at some point the market will come back to reality. Im guessing when the G80 comes out there will be a correction.

I bought a 2016 M3 6MT with only 14k miles earlier this year for 40k even. Took it to BMW for service and its basically brand new mechanically, the guy babies it. I think if you are willing to look for a while there are some cheaper low mileage 16s.

There is a 16 non comp pack manual by me right now with 46,000 miles. One of the lowest prices in the nation for $51,900. IMO $10,000 too high as you said. That is unfortunately the current market and dealers would rather let them sit waiting for a big payday.

Car has a $36k trade value per kbb. Its not even highly optioned.

My lease buyout in April is $46,700. For a 2018 YMB/Comp/6spd/Sunroof with 30k miles that'll be a pretty good deal. My total lease payments will have been approx $12,000.
