I agree with your comment. What I meant was that his exhaust seems to be corroding away vs the standard cracking.

Take it in. BMW will replace under warranty.

First they check the tips, then replace the muffler.

No receipt for the MPE, so had a local fabricator do this for me...

Now there's no flex with the out pipes - And the rattle has been completely eliminated Happy days & £100 to do...

It sound like this

Will the sound repaired if add titanium supports to each side?

That sounds to me like it's the tips rattling.
It's nothing like the sound of a cracked back box.
Are those tips genuine? They look slightly too big to me (diameter).
I'd firstly check all the tips are really tight.
If the rattle remains, slide some foam in between them on each side. That will tell you if they're either touching each other slightly, or if the carbon surrounds are slightly loose, which of course they shouldn't be.

Forget to mention as well... A repair without additional supports added will just crack again. It's a design flaw. Last gen ones have support, all be it not very substantial.
Titanium tubing welded top & bottom each side - so 4 pieces, will prevent any further issues. Mines still fine.
