Big difference between this and the previous gen is that it was very hard for people to get such a horrible combination with the lack of options on the F8Xs. Now it seems like anybody's poor taste can be made a reality in a G8x.
My Porsche dealer had the same color combo but was a G82. It actually sold pretty quick, but that was last year when I think inventory was quite a bit tighter. It is a truly hideous color combo.

From the rear it doesn’t look bad. The front though………

Here's my build code if anyone is interested: PRIT1AP8
Hopefully a bunch drop of the list and it moves somewhat quick. That is why I ended up in a GTS. I was only 4th on the list and it still took 13 months to get an allocation. Mine is a pretty small dealer in flyover country though to so I’m guessing they don’t get a lot of allocations compared to a bigger market.

Edit: I like it Jockey! You really can’t go wrong with Guards Red with red seat belts etc. I really like the checkered sport Tex seat inserts, that’ll look really good!

Maybe think about adding the premium package for the surround view cameras and ambient lighting. Also maybe consider the roof transport system and dash cam pre wire even if you don’t use them. May be attractive for resale down the road and they are cheap, but can’t be added later. That’s my only unsolicited thoughts, otherwise looks awesome!

Thanks, all makes sense.

When this build finally happens it should be a 992.2 so I'm curious what will change between then and now.

I was thinking the same, will be interesting to see what they change. There is a good chance it will be a 2025 so could be a couple rounds of tweaks in there from Porsche.

I ordered in January and the configurator has changed a bit even since then.
