how the heck do they arrive at 94k, non-comp and no individual color...hmm...

my 18 zcp with ccb and every option was 91k sticker...

Comparing the options list from mdecoder and the 2015 order guide, it seems to be accurate. CCB is $8100, Full leather, Exec package, LED package, Adaptive M suspension, park assist plus, DCT, H&K… it all adds up.
Got to love depreciation!

Edit- this got me curious so I sat down and added it all up instead of doing it in my head. Best I can figure MSRP was just shy of $90k, so dunno where the delta is. Either way, I love the car!

They're saying there price is fair.
I mean I'm getting a virtually identical car in spec other than full leather for $62k... 2019 25k Comp/Executive and a few other minor ones. I'd have a hard time at 69k for that.

I think they're about 3-4k high on both of those cars personally. I mean there are cars listed higher, but you could buy those cars elsewhere for that much cheaper. Depends how picky you are on colors, and how willing you are to travel or ship.

Wow where are you finding those prices?! I looked around me and everything is definitely high! On the first one, I think the dealer knows they listed it high, as I told them I would be more in the 65-67k range on the spec it has. Which they didn't turn down and asked when I could go in to test drive.
But for the cs, they said they won't even go down to 72k. Which is frustrating because that's the exact spec and color I've always wanted but at the price, it doesn't sit well. If you don't mind me asking, where have you been searching for cars?

Mostly CarGurus. Auto tempest is neat too. I search nationally to get the best idea of prices. Often the lowest you have to check for damage or salvage. Nj and ny dealers frequently have some scam pricing like advertised price includes a discount for financing there. Id keep in mind the lower priced ones sell and the ones hanging around in listings are generally not great deals. CarGurus usually tells you how long a car has been listed as well as its price history.

Except that similar car was selling for mid $40s just a few months ago. I’ve noticed some of these sitting for quite a while at current price. Be interested to see where these go over the next year with rising rates and as inventory on new cars resolve.

that yas marina on BaT was not a clean example. 75k miles, shifter looks abused, brake rotors have already been replaced (car was not driven gingerly and probably tracked), listing says it has edc but it doesn't. its a fair price considering BaT adds a 5% fee on top for the buyer.

market is cooling down as well. this stripper 2015 6 speed with 50k miles sold for 57k in december: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/2015-bmw-m3-25/

You can do better. I paid $62k and got a 2019 with 25k. Pretty much the same options with low 80s msrp. Personally a 45k car starts with a 5.

Then you aren't looking very hard TBH. The market has dropped since I bought. If you're waiting for one to show up at your local dealer thats on you.
