Holy geez, it seems I dont even need pure turbos to hit 550w! The potential is scary. Do you believe the intakes and midpipe back exhaust is required?

We're pretty much seeing the next level in tuning, reaching turbo swap numbers.

Thanks for posting, Tom!

This was a conservative tune, even by my E85 Stage 2 standards.

This car was tuned for 23psi peak boost with a taper to just under 22psi, with a average boost of 22.32psi.

That’s a pretty looking plot for sure!

We’ve got plenty of Stage ONE and Stage TWO 91 Octane
customers who would love to meet up for some VBox runs,
and see if those numbers actually translate to real world
power.

My ZCP had a baseline of 481.81 whp and 474.18 ft/lb at EAS. Mods were newly installed VRSF down pipes and charge pipes, JB4 set to Map 0, and 4 gallons of E85.

On Map 2, it dyno'd at 505.17 whp and 515.42 ft/lb.

so roughly 80hp gain with e85 tune.

this thread:

E85 Tune with Cary Jordan via PTF BM3 at Auto Talent

gives an idea of baseline and E85 on the same car and dyno.

WOW! some really high baseline numbers, but i am sure car it targeting max timing due to the 4 gallons of E85 in tank.

none the less nice torque curve for sure.
would love to see some Vbox numbers as well

Owner has been running the tune for the past couple of weeks on full E85.

We typically see ZCPs consistently dynoing ~440whp.

This could be a loaded question, but what would the approximate power/torque differences be when comparing 93 octane to E85? I love the power gains and consistency of E85, but hate how it is not available everywhere. We do have a lot of gas stations that offer it, but that would require me to plan out my trips a lot more haha. Solid numbers and amazing tune from what I can see! Making me want to make the switch to BM3 very soon...

Any before and after tuning numbers ?
Great gains
But Dynojet reads pretty high compared to Mustang for example
Curious of what the overall gains were.

The advantages of E85 far outweigh the disadvantages of having to plan a trip to the station that carries it. 93 doesn't even come close to comparing.
