Certainly not. However, for us in Canada, the CS is far less of a premium over the CP than that .
Is it? I sat in one at Vehicles and Violins in Calgary and the sticker was 137k

I suppose the "ultimate" package M4's were also going for 120k

There must be some sort of dealer premium or added on extras at that price since a fully loaded M4cs with CCB and alcantara steering wheel, and all fees included should max out under 130k CAD before taxes.

I did this analysis a little while back, hence my conclusion:

By speccing an M4 Competition to my liking (how I would order it) in both configurators and then speccing an M4CS as I ordered it is quite revealing:

US ........ M4 CP: $83,140 - M4CS: $110,945 (+33%)
Canada.. M4 CP: $103,097 - M4CS: $119,990 (+16%)

So my M4CS would have whopping 33% premium over the CP in US. While still hefty, it is only a 16% premium in Canada, which makes the pill easier to swallow. Further, in Canada, as opposed to US, the CS can be leased and many dealers are offering discounts on them.
I paid $109k CAD before taxes for my 2019 M4cs after discounts.

Well done. I can't see them flying off the floor here in Calgary given the market.

There is a GTS still sitting on the floor at Calgary BMW

True but after dealer can’t sell them they will be marked way down.
I’d buy a gts before that you can get them cheaper than a CS

127k CAD for a loaded M3cs is where it should be from an MSRP standpoint in Alberta (113.5k Base + $9.5 CCB + 0.6 alcantara steering wheel + 3.5 Alberta PDI and fees ). $137k did not make sense. With a little negotiation, I am sure one can get decent discounts from that MSRP because I sure did
