127k CAD for a loaded M3cs is where it should be from an MSRP standpoint in Alberta (113.5k Base + $9.5 CCB + 0.6 alcantara steering wheel + 3.5 Alberta PDI and fees ). $137k did not make sense. With a little negotiation, I am sure one can get decent discounts from that MSRP because I sure did
