M4 Trunk Misaligned

Trying to get some help. The right side of my trunk slights alittle higher than the left.

It looks like I can use the trunk knobs to adjust height, but trying to figure out what tool I need to do it since the knob is a odd shape.

I used towel grabbing them and turned by hand
