Sound is 20% more raspy than before...with ESS CAT 200 celle was cleaner.
But burble and pops is amazing now.
Downshift blips are more louder with a lots burbles.

The problem is only the vibrations in cabin during cold start.
I would want disable the cold start but it is possible with ecu flash only

Vibration means the downpipes are likely making contact with the subframe.

I would recommend removing them and reinstalling the ESS catted downpipes back in place.

Donwpipes aren't in contact with the subframe, in fact during the normaly driving sport/sport+ ect. there isn't the problem of vibration.
The vibration in cabin are only in 20-30 sec of cold start.

sorry to thread jack I was casually browsing, but word on the streets for quite a while was that AR DPs have fitment issues. I know somebody will overreact to my post but let it be known. This is old news and its not surprising. What is surprising is that nobody took care of it. Hopefully the issue stays gone OP.

Looks like I'll be going with another brand, if customization on a so called bolt-on product is required... especially for the coin they're asking on a hit-or-miss product. They should really do some further R&D on this product line, since bad press can cripple future sales for all their distributors.

I'm in contact with ar design technicians.
Next week they will test their dp on a m3 and then they will send me another new downpipes.
I hope the new dp does not have the same problems.

sounds like a very good idea. I would also delete the secondary cats and no matter what, ensure the factory resonator stays in place.

would this sound good and not raspy? I cant stand the rasp of the f80 m3.

Yes that would be a perfect set up. Resonated downpipes and an exhaust with two sets of big resonators would be my choice if I were building a custom exhaust
