Time lapse review of the S55 crank hub replacement!

Hey yall! I wanted to share out my latest video made in coordination with the amazing Ivan Hernandez and BimTech PNW!

Knowing I am going to jump up power on my F87, I knew I wanted to upgrade my crank hub as a means of (relatively) cheap insurance, or at least peace of mind. I spoke with Ivan, enthusiast owner of Bimtech here in the PacNW. He agreed to let me film the whole experience, to highlight was a detailed piece of work this is, plus its neat to watch!

I picked up the RK Autowerks 4pin billeted crank hub from Kies Motorsports, and rushed up to Ivan to get the job done.

I am truly impressed with the quality of work he does, and if you have an S55 anywhere in the Pacific Northwest (and more) and want this done, I enthusiastically endorse Ivan!

(plus.. the new tradition of bringing lunch when they work on your car.. he works his tail off, feed the man!)

Super subjective question as it depends on who and where.. roughly $3-4k out the door.

Thanks Stefan! I'll be doing my SSR 4 PIN Crank Hub from Ivan as well!! He got me a great deal too!
